WEATHER-RITE™ Custom Air Handlers (CAR-Series) are affordable, rooftop walk-in style, double-wall units manufactured to the specific needs of the customer. Unibody base frame and welded structural steel framework construct the solid reinforced skeleton from which the units are built. The modular construction allows customization to include the features to fit your application's needs: BLOWER UNIT and FANS: Belt drive fans or direct drive. Backward curved, forward curved, plenum fan, airfoil.
BURNERS/HEATING:
Direct-fired (NG or LP) with modulation and high turndown; indirect-fired (NG, LP, oil, combination) drum and tube heat exchanger with stainless steel secondary and high turndown options; steam coil; hot water coil; electric coil.
COOLING:
Chilled water coil; direct expansion (DX) coil; ammonia coil; evaporative.
HEAT RECOVERY:
Air to air heat recovery via plate, cell or wheel.
DEHUMIDIFICATION:
Desiccant wheel; chilled water coil; direct expansion (DX) coil; ammonia coil.
HUMIDIFICATION:
Steam or mist.
FILTERING:
UV air purification; oil mist filtration; bag filter; high efficiency filter; charcoal filter; poly; pleated; washable.
OPERATION:
Fully programmable with Allen Bradley PLC controls options.
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR OPTIONS:
Low leak dampers; service vestibule; varity of galvanized, painted or premium painted skin options; full sized access doors; service outlets and lights; drain pans or flat floors; stainless steel liners; pitched or flat roof.
